3 Mistakes I Made While Traveling- That I Want You To Avoid
3 Mistakes I Made While Traveling – That I Want You To Avoid
1. Not packing an extra bag
Have you ever been on a trip or vacation and enjoyed shopping
but wondered how is this going to fit in my already packed suitcase?
SOLUTION:
Bring along a medium to large tote that folds up and is expandable
2. Not realizing your photo ID was about to expire
I almost was denied boarding to my flight to New York. My drivers license was going to expire while I was on the trip. The gate agent gave me grace and allowed me to travel but with a stern warning that I may encounter problems on my return flight.
SOLUTION:
Check your Drivers license and or passport expiration dates before you travel
3. Time crunch – late for flight
Have you ever rushed to get to the airport, your palms are sweating and your stress level is through the roof. The lines at TSA security are long and twisting, around and around. Will you make your flight?
This has been my situation on occasion.
SOLUTION:
In view of the recent TSA issues, arrive at the airport 2-3 hours early. Keep in mind traffic, weather, time of year and conditions at your airport as you prepare for your departure.
Happy Travels!
